This is my first automobile purchase from Balise Subaru,and after dealing with Justin Overdeep and his staff I wouldn't go anywhere else for my future purchases. My wife and I were looking to purchase a new SUV and weren't sure exactly what we were looking for. We had spent a few weeks visiting several other brand dealerships (Toyota and Honda) before finally visiting Balise Subaru. Many of the sales people we dealt with at other dealerships were not very knowledgeable about the vehicles they were selling and high pressure. Upon our first visit to Balise we were greeted by the friendly staff in the show room and they were all very professional .Sal Salvatore, our salesman took the time to show us why we should consider a Subaru, he is very knowledgeable and not at all pushy. I instantly liked the Forester after our test drive. The experience with Sal and Justin were so great that I decided to return and to purchase the Forester from them. I believe that when you purchase a vehicle, you are not only purchasing the vehicle, but the dealership support as well. I have had the Forester for a couple of months now and really like it. Everyone I had dealings with including Scott Brill (salesman) who assisted us when we picked up the forester, as well as Kathryn Gear (business manager) and Jerry Turner (parts manager) have been great. I am sure when it comes to maintaining our forester my experience with the service department will be just as good. I initially went to this dealer, because I received coupons in the mail and it was closer to my home than Anchor Subaru. My 2004 Subaru Outback had some much needed fixing, but the mechanic found more serious problems. The Service Manager showed me the problems and explained what they were, along with explaining what it would cost to fix them. I greatly appreciated his time and experience. I decided to purchase a new Subaru Outback from them. I decided to go with this dealership because of their honesty, great prices, and friendly, knowledgable information. My car salesman, Tim, was awesome and truly honest with me. He answered all my questions professionally---even though some of my questions were probably dumb. He answered all of them without hesitation and never let on I was a little clueless on some things. His hard work, honesty, and professionalism with me sold me the car. I would like to mention the Sales Manager was friendly, along with the financing woman who was sweet, informed, and on top of all the paperwork which needed to be accomplished. I would highly recommend this dealership and their service department for all of your Subaru needs and concerns. We found a vehicle we were interested in on the Balise Auto website and placed a call. From the very beginning, we were treated with a level of professionalism and honesty rarely encountered when purchasing a vehicle. Our salesman William was upfront and honest in answering all our questions. He put is so at ease that we didn't hesitate to make the hour and a half drive down to see the vehicle. From the moment we were greeted at the dealership, the staff was over the top in making us feel welcome and that it was their sole concern that were comfortable throughout the purchase. The vehicle itself was detailed to the nines, unlike other dealerships we had gone to where the vehicle isn't "gone through" until someone has agreed to purchase it. We received a fair amount for our trade and the vehicle we purchased was priced well. We were able to finish the deal in one visit and drove away in our new (to us) vehicle the same day.
