2025 Subaru Ascent Trims

Subaru has changed up the Ascent’s lineup by dropping the lowest trim (known simply as Base) and adding two more: the visually distinct Bronze Edition and the Onyx Edition Touring, which combines distinctive design touches with upscale amenities. All 2025 Ascents continue to come with standard Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive.

The Indiana-built Ascent fortifies its safety credentials for 2025 with additional driver-assist technology, including standard blind-spot detection, lane change assist, and rear cross-traffic alert across all trims. Plus, the new emergency stop assist feature can detect an unresponsive driver when adaptive cruise control is engaged, and then bring the vehicle to a safe stop and call for help.
