Crosstrek Trims
The Crosstrek bridges the gap between conventional compact crossovers and more capable off-road vehicles. This five-passenger utility handles like a car but has the practical features and capability of an SUV, thanks to standard all-wheel drive, a minimum of 8.7 inches of ground clearance, and available fog lights. The Wilderness trim is especially rugged, getting a specialized suspension, a front skid plate, higher ground clearance, and a transmission oil cooler that allows it to tow more than twice the weight of the other trims (3,500 lb. vs. 1,500 lb.). For 2025, Subaru has made the more powerful 2.5-liter engine standard on every trim except the Base.
